1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We are committed to providing you with great value and transparent shipping options. The costs for shipping your order are calculated as follows:
- Orders totaling $69.00 USD or more: You qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to the contiguous United States.
- Orders under $69.00 USD: A flat $4.99 USD shipping fee will be applied at checkout for standard shipping to the contiguous United States.
3. Delivery Times & Areas
- Service Area: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the contiguous U.S. at this time.
- Estimated Delivery: After processing, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery via our standard shipping carriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to check the status and location of your package.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and notify us at support@complivant.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@complivant.com, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
