1. Returns
We want you to love what you buy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@complivant.com within the 30-day return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA number and order details.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

4. Refunds

  • Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Amount: You will be refunded the full price of the returned item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges for returned items. To get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order on our website.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@complivant.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement or refund of the item.

7. International Returns
Please note the above policy applies to all customers. Customers outside of China are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred when shipping the return.

8. Final Sale Items
All sales on items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or similar are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
